BVP is Refocusing Efforts as We Return to the Community!

BVP is re-opening to the community in a tad bit safer environment than when we took a break during COVID. We will be focused on providing emergency shelter to domestic violence victims, including case management, coaching/mentoring, referral to resources and providing necessary items (toiletries and clothing). We are currently building new partnerships to assist with the above NEW focus and hope that You will continue to support our mission and purpose- supporting the needs of Domestic Violence victims and their families by providing emergency shelter for victims and helping victims learn how to self-advocate and become resilient during their journey to healing. All DV services will be provided to those families we provide emergency shelter for and referrals from our partners.

We will also be providing support to victims of sexual assault through the process of seeking medical help, counseling and the court process, if they wish to pursue it.
We are blessed and honored to be out in the community again and hope that you will be a part of our mission. We received 3 grants from Mecklenburg County under their JumpStart program. This grant was tremendous in supporting our efforts but unfortunately no longer in existence. It takes a village to help our communities but I'm extending that village to our society as a whole. The state of the world is under attack. We need YOU to make our communities safer for our families and your neighbors. Please join us!
We would appreciate it if you would share our page to let your friends, families, partners and community know of our re-opening. Thank you so much!- Tiffany, BVP Project Safe Haven Founder
